Use these questions as a starting point in relation to your chosen group or project, and use planned informal conversations with others, or a formal meeting to explore questions of success and progress.

- What is the vision/ purpose of the group/project?
- What are the necessary actions/ steps to progress this vision?
- Give examples of short term and long term signs of success?

Active Listening

This refers to a way of listening that keeps you engaged with your conversation partner in a positive way. It is the process of listening attentively while someone else speaks, paraphrasing and reflecting back what is said, and withholding judgment and advice. Already at Work

This is about the importance of believing and trusting that God is already at work in the lives of others and you are just ‘joining in’. This realisation can radically alter our relationship with others and how we think about our influence in their lives.
