‘Ministry +’ is a continuing development tool that facilitates sustained engagement with common issues faced by leaders in ministry.
Each Ministry + Ridley Award is focused on a particular issue and will provide you with space for intentional consideration of this issue from within the realities of a Christian leader.
Ministry +, as with all Ridley Awards, supports the Christian church to participate in the mission of God.

Podcast where experienced Christian leaders will share their wisdom and insight on a specific issue. You will be encouraged to engage in conversation with other learners to support your own reflections and the reflections of others.
An opportunity to discuss your thoughts and ideas with other Christian leaders. The discussions are structured to facilitate decision making that will lead to concrete action.
A forum to reflect on the action taken with peers. The forum supports the ongoing learning of self and others within a developing learning community.
